Prior to meeting Kyle I was lazy, tired and unmotivated. Working out sporadically and making poor decisions with my nutrition, I found myself overweight and in desperate need of guidance. After having trained with Kyle, my lifestyle has completely changed. He took the time to listen to my goals and help design a program specific to me. After not being able to run a 5k, I completed my first half marathon this year! I am in the best shape of my life and have lost over 25lbs. Kyle continues to find new ways to challenge me while keeping the workouts fun. Turning 30 never felt so good!!!
